Really nice food and the coffee was great. It was very busy so be warned you might have to wait a few for a table but we got a seat at the bar which was perfect! More on the pricey side but worth it as it’s hard to find a good breakfast spot like this!

Brunch Club Meal Saturday 18 January 2025 I arrived at the venue at 9.15 am, and I called the daughter, to tell her that I was outside the venue, and would wait for her to arrive, as we had agreed to meet there at 9.30 am, when she arrived, we went inside the cafe, at which point she told me that she had invited her father to come as well, and that she forgot to tell me that he was coming, (it turned out that it was a good thing that he came, as they had planned to go away for the weekend) and that she needed help with packing. The daughter ordered a Large Hot Chocolate drink with Oat Milk, (she had bought along her own Travel Mug), and I ordered a Medium English Breakfast Tea, and two pieces of Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie as well. When the Father arrived and saw us seated, he sat down, and ordered a Bacon Sandwich, with Sourdough Bread and two Coffee Lattes, one to drink in the cafe, and one to take away. After a short while, we all got up and left the cafe, and I said to the daughter that I would contact her soon, and I said good bye to the father as well, and I said the same to him. Overall the experience, service and food that we had was very good.

One of my favorite places in Cambridge (I even thought about investing but selfishly wish to keep it cute and homely). 201406 another nice 40-min morning walk to heaven. The Tuesday pastry deal is awesome. The Uganda guest coffee is lovely. In the whole milk latte is mellow with notes of caramel. The pain au chocolat is H-U-G-E! Better still, it is not just made with more layers— I’m amazed by the fluffy air pockets (secret proofing method or butter?). It is not greasy at all and not too sweet. It also has a nice balance of airier tops and denser core, which enables me to enjoy two textures (again not a fan of the dry flaky types). Friendly staff, skillful baristas, relaxing space inside and outdoor for a rare summer day. —- Best coffee 3 smooth and subtly sweet. Amazing. Halloumi ‘Shroom has nice poached eggs, though the cheese can be grilled/seared slightly longer. The sourdough is fabulous. I actually first heard of this place as a bakery next door, but instead of ordering deliveries I decided to walk for 40 minutes to take a bite : worth it. Perhaps I’ll come back soon, even just for the coffee. (Sorry I was busy texting and didn’t take the picture right away. The foam was beautiful when I first saw it:)

An oasis on the edge of central Cambridge. A remarkably refreshing change from the usual chain stores. Staff very welcoming and excellent service. Food is above par and plentiful. I rate their cappuccino's as excellent. Atmosphere on a Sunday pleasantly busy.

I always come here for breakfast after rowing. They have a big selection of breakfast and lunch. It is a sourdough and avocado kind of place. It's also a bakery, they have a range of breads and sweet pastries available. Service is fast and they have plenty of seating, including outside. Do keep in mind, it's very popular, and you're guaranteed to be waiting for a table around Saturday and Sunday lunchtime. I highly recommend it!

Exquisite brunch! A perfect place for brunch with high quality produce and beautifully prepared food. The place is always busy, and I can see why. The 'Big Brunch' was especially great. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the avocado was fresh, halloumi grilled just the right amount, perfectly toasted sourdough, and the additional smoky beans very tasty. The chilli jam was a perfect complement. The warm banana bread was delicious, and the caramelised fresh banana on top was a perfect addition. The flat white was well made. One of the best (if not the best) brunch places in Cambridge! .

This is my favourite coffee shop in Cambridge, I come here every day! The coffee is high quality made by experienced baristas and the pastries are delicious and made from natural ingredients. The staff is always very polite. The only downside is that this place is so popular that in the weekend you might need to wait in a queue for 20-30 minutes just to get a table.
